Depending on the severity of the incidents/accidents, there may end up huge effects on both employees and employers. Slips, trips, and falls are considered the second most reason for workplace injury. However, they are avoidable. So, it is essential to build good knowledge and awareness about such risk factors.

Despite the fact that only less number of accidents are observed with these common causes, still, they become the cause of the number of injuries in the workplace, in a year. Those accidents lead to harm to workers, and may even end up causing major injuries and also create situations where the employees are away from work for longer periods of time.
