The Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety is one of the highly recognised safety certifications formulated the Government of India with an aim to empower workers and aspiring safety professionals to effectively manage workplace safety and health issues. The intensive training program helps participants to develop deep understanding and technical know-how on occupational risk management and processes associated with various work environments. The training and syllabus for the one-year National Diploma has been conceived and developed by Green World Group with an intention to help industries reduce workplace related accidents and hazards.

Course Overview
Candidates receiving training for ADIS will be able to enhance their aptitude, risk management skills and technical understanding on occupational safety standards and practices followed in every industrial set-up. Why Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety Course ?

After completing the course successfully, participants will obtain the coveted National Diploma Certificate approved by the Government of India. This certificate can make them eligible to apply for professional memberships from various prestigious institutions related to workplace safety and health such as International institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM). However, getting such membership lies solely on the awarding boards as candidates’ knowledge and work skills will be tested thoroughly before awarding the membership.
All candidates completing the course successfully will get their certificate and marksheets issued by Central Board of Examination and National Development Agency under the Government of India.

The certification will help candidates count one-year increment in their educational qualification.
The safety certificate is entertained and attested by several consular services including Indian consulate; Ministry of External Affairs in India and several other ministries of foreign affairs in Middle East region and other countries.
The Management (ADIS) is an indigenously developed and the Government of India approved workplace safety and health programme offered only at Green World Group centres.
Students need to clear five theory exams and one practical assessment exam:

Paper 2: INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY – II
Paper 3: INTERNATIONAL WORKPLACE SAFETY – I
Paper 4: INTERNATIONAL WORKPLACE SAFETY – II
Paper 5: INDUSTRIAL PROCESS SAFETY MANAGEMENT
Examination
Paper I & Paper 2 : 2 hours written exam – 10 questions (no choice) – 100 marks
Paper 3 & Paper 4 : 2 hours written exam – 10 questions (no choice) – 100 marks
Paper 5 : Multiple choice questions – 100 marks
- Candidates/ Delegates who successfully complete and obtain the National Diploma Course (approved by the Govt. of India) could further apply for a membership status with IIRSM. Awarding of the membership is at the discretion of IIRSM provided they have met the required guidelines for the same.
- Successful candidate will get Certificate & Mark list issued from Central Board of Examination & National Development agency, Promoted by Govt. of India

FAQ’s
Should we attend any seminar during the course of our training program for Advanced Diploma Industrial Safety?
Yes, there will be a 12-day non-compulsory training organised for students of this course with an additional fee. The seminar, which will be conducted by HSE experts with only minimum numbers of registrations, will be held at our Green World Group’s Education Center in UAE.

When will we receive our certification?
Green World Group will arrange to despatch the certificates to all students who have successfully completed the course within 30 days from the date of announcement of results. The National Diploma certificate will be provided by the Government of India controlled Central Board of Examination & National Development agency. Students who have performed exceptionally well by securing distinctions or first class, will be provided with additional certificate of excellence which will further enhance their career profile.
